I. Order Refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for our "Ki Premium Bundle".

II. Returns After Delivery

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping).

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.

III. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
