I. Order Shipping Agreement & Timeline
Quantities are limited and subject to availability. Orders are scheduled to begin shipping in January 2026. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. Orders are shipped out within 36 hours via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days; however, delivery time may increase if there are unexpected delays outside our control.
II. Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time of order. Your card will be charged immediately. Your card statement will read ki-electrolytes.com.
III. Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise included in the order.
IV. Delivery Areas
Currently, we ship to the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order ships.
V. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

VII. Limitation of Liability
Ki Electrolytes LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Ki-Electrolytes again, just sign up as you did the first time and Ki-Electrolytes will start sending messages to you again.
